At B.L. Homer Jewellers, we make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as expected, and therefore we offer you 30 days to change your mind on any of the purchases from our website. Your right to cancel starts from the date you receive your Order Confirmation and ends 30 days later. Further details regarding your rights to return items can be found by accessing our terms and conditions of sale.
Conditions for the return of items
The item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition in which they were received. Items must be returned with all of the original packaging, instructions, guarantees and any extra items. We strongly advise all of our customers to thoroughly check their purchases before removing any tags and discarding any packaging.
Earrings cannot be returned unless they are found to have a manufacturing fault, due to hygiene reasons.
If any visual defects are found with the item(s) upon arrival, please notify us within 48 hours.
Certain items, such as watches and rings require adjustment to ensure a good fit. This can be done before the item is sent if you notify us at the time of purchase, although these items will become non-refundable. In doing this it can delay the item being dispatched to you but we will contact you if this happens.
Such items can always be presented and then adjusted at one of our branches free of charge, please look at our Contact Us page to find your local branch. At busy periods you may be asked to leave your item with the branch so that they can complete the adjustment.
Please note that once your item has been adjusted by a 3rd party (not B.L.Homer Jewellers), the item is no longer eligible for our refund policy. Be sure that the item is to your liking before getting it adjusted by a 3rd party.
We can not accept liability for goods that get lost in transit on their return journey, the goods are your responsibility until received by B.L. Homer Jewellers. We do advise all items be returned via a tracked and insured method, for your peace of mind.
Sadly we currently do not offer free returns and return postage is non-refundable.
